Workshops (Self)leadership
We organise workshops lasting 2 to 4 hours, a whole day or two days.
We focus on both the pragmatic and the psychological side.
As a basic rule, the programme consists of keynote speeches, group works, dialogues and briefings.
Occasionally we also organise a mixed event, i.e. we combine a talk (see below) with a mini-workshop.
Organizziamo workshop della durata di 2-4 ore, di un'intera giornata o di due giornate.
Ci concentriamo sia sull'aspetto pragmatico che su quello psicologico.
Di norma, il programma consiste in discorsi chiave, lavori di gruppo, dialoghi e briefing.
Occasionalmente organizziamo anche un evento misto, cioè combiniamo una discussione (vedi sotto) con un mini-workshop.
Wir führen Workshops durch, die 2 bis 4 Stunden, einen ganzen Tag oder zwei Tage dauern.
Wir fokussieren sowohl auf die pragmatische als auch auf die psychologische Seite.
In der Regel besteht das Programm aus Impulsreferaten, Gruppenarbeiten, Dialogen und Briefings.
Gelegentlich führen wir auch einen gemischten Event durch, d.h. wir kombinieren einen Talk (siehe weiter unten) mit einem Mini-Workshop.

Our interested participants include entrepreneurs, bankers, politicians, police officers, firefighters, rescue workers and private individuals who consider leadership and self-leadership to be a life task.
Tra i partecipanti interessati ci sono imprenditori e imprenditrici, banchieri, politici, agenti di polizia, vigili del fuoco, soccorritori e persone private che considerano la leadership e l'auto-leadership come un compito di vita.
Zu unseren Interessierten gehören Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer, Politikerinnen und Politiker, Bankers, Polizeibeamtinnen und -beamte, Feuerwehr- und Rettungleute sowie Privatpersonen, die Leadership und Self-Leadership als Lebensaufgabe verstehen.
Leadership-Talks
We meet once a month with a leader to have an exchange. These are informal meetings in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and they last one and a half to two hours.
Ci incontriamo una volta al mese con un o una leader per scambiarci. Sono incontri informali, in un'atmosfera rilassata ed amichevole, e durano da un'ora e mezza a due ore.
Wir treffen uns einmal im Monat mit einem Leader oder einer Leaderin, um uns auszutauschen. Es sind informelle Treffen in einer entspannten und freundlichen Atmosphäre, und sie dauern anderthalb bis zwei Stunden.
Occasionally we organise also larger talk events. The intention is to generate a greater resonance to very important zeitgeist issues and possible answers to them.
A volte organizziamo anche delle conferenze più ampie. L'intento è quello di generare una maggiore risonanza a importanti questioni contemporanee e alle possibili risposte ad esse.
Gelegentlich organisieren wir auch grössere Talks. Die Absicht dahinter ist, für wichtige Zeitfragen und mögliche Antworten darauf eine grössere Resonanz zu erzeugen.
